President Uhuru Kenyatta, DP William Ruto and Raila Odinga attended the burial of Peter Kenneth’s mother Rahab Muhuni in Gatanga. They were earlier at Bidco Industrial Park in Ruiru where the president presided over the official launch of the facility.

ANC Party leader, Musalia Mudavadi, Martha Karua, Najib Balala were some of the leaders who also attended the send off ceremony.

The “Boys club”, Bharat Thakrar founder & CEO OF WPP-Scangroup, Patrick Quarcoo founder & CEO of Radio Africa Group and Joshua Oigara KCB CEO, also attended funeral service.

Mama Rahab Wambui Muhuni, passed away last week at the age of 86 years.

Speaking during the burial ceremony, Raila said, “Mama Rahab Muhuni alilea Muthungu wa Gatanga mpaka amekuwa muungwana kabisa, ” he continued “Rais, huyu (Peter Kenneth) inatakikana apewe kazi ya kufanya”

President Kenyatta on the other hand, told off governors asking for more money, ‘Hatuwezi kwenda kuunda pesa. Hakuna factory ya kuunda pesa’.
