Police have arrested 30 students (19 girls and 11 boys) who were allegedly drinking alcohol and engaging in sexual practices in Isebania, Migori County. The arrest took place at  Robi club in Isebania town, Kuria West sub county.

It took place after complaints from the residents, some accused the club for conducting of notorious wild parties targeting student. They would also find use condoms thrown around the club area indicating that these children were also engaging in sex.

Migori County Criminal Investigation Officer Njeru Nyaga said the minors were found drinking alcohol at the club during a crackdown conducted by police. The club manager, Amos Murimi and the DJ Victor Ocharo were also arrested during the crackdown.

Nyaga stated that the suspects were held at Kehancha and Isebania police stations because of the large numbers.
