A preliminary postmorterm report shows the slain journalist to have died from trauma caused by injury to his head and abdomen by a blunt object resulting in excessive bleeding and eventually death.
Oloo, who was found dead in his girlfriend’s, Ugunja deputy OCS Sabina Kerubo’s house, is believed to have been killed by brothers in a suspected love triangle involving the officer.He is said to have been in with two other men in the house on Wednesday 20th night when a scuffle ensued eventually resulting in his untimely death.

Police launched investigations into the murder making 4 arrests on Thursday including his girlfriend Sabina Kerubo, her daughter, househelp and one of the men believed to have been present during the murder.
Keziah Oloo, who is the mother of the late journalist said she received information of her son’s death yesterday morning from relatives.

Central Alego MCA Leonard Oriaro condemned Oloo’s killing and asked the Inspector General of police to ensure that the killers are brought to book. The bereaved family now grieve the loss of their son and await a court hearing hoping that justice will be served.
