21 youths have been arrested in Nakuru for allegedly filming pornographic material and quarantined at KMTC.

The 21 include 13 girls and 8 boys, who are said to be both high school and university students, all in the same WhatsApp group called talent bank. They were caught at Milimani Estate in Nakuru, violating the social distancing rule, and that when the police suspected some foul play from the group.

Police are also investigating a German national who is allegedly behind the pornographic shoot, said to be for use in the foreign market.

They recovered a DCLR Camera which had raw footage of raunchy pictures of the youths.

Schools and all tertiary institutions are on break now in Kenya due to the coronavirus pandemic, which makes many youths have lots of free time and hence engage in activities that may be against the laws of the society.
