Khloé Alexandra Kardashian (born June 27, 1984) is an American media personality, socialite, and model. Since 2007, she has starred with her family in the reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Its success has led to the creation of spin-offs, including Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami (2009–2013).
From September 2009 to October 2016, she was married to basketball player Lamar Odom, who she married one month after they first met. They starred in their own reality television series, Khloé & Lamar (2011–2012). In 2009, Kardashian participated in the second season of The Celebrity Apprentice, finishing 10th of 16 candidates by being fired by Donald Trump. In 2012, she co-hosted the second season of the US adaptation of The X Factor with actor Mario Lopez.
Khloe Kardashian is also involved in the retail and fashion industries with her sisters Kourtney and Kim. They have launched several clothing collections and fragrances, and additionally released the book Kardashian Konfidential in 2010. They starred in their own short-lived reality television series, Dash Dolls (2015).
Losing about 3 stones is not easy. Neither does it happen overnight, especially when you harbor bad eating and lifestyle habits. In an interview, Khloe said, “Growing up, I was always chubby, I used to just accept the way people defined me. When people called me the fat sister, I’d say, ‘Yeah I’m big-boned.’ Whatever we do to laugh at things instead of letting them hurt you. And then, I slowly but surely took something really bad in my life or a stressful time, which was my divorce, and I turned it into a positive.”

During a poosh livestream chat with her sister about all things health and welness, Khloe opened up about how much weight she’s lost since True was born. The sisters took fan questions and one person asked them about how much emphasis they put on diet versus exercise.
“After I had True I lost 50 pounds, or almost 60 pounds, but I, of course, dieted after that. If you’re trying to lose a significant amount of weight, yes, diet and exercise, they go hand-in-hand,” she explained.
What does Khloé eat?
While many fans assume that Khloé is very healthy and strict with her eating, she said she finds that having a balance is the best approach.
“That doesn’t mean I sit here binge eating bags of chips all day. We have good diets, but I love quesadillas. I love anything True’s eating,” the reality star shared. “I’m not going to live a miserable life. What if, just what if. You never know if tomorrow’s happening. I would rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen.”
As an example, Khloé shared how drinking a high-calorie coffeehouse item isn’t worth it when she could indulge in cake instead. “Like the Starbucks that’s like a 600-calorie drink, I’m like, why? I would rather have a great piece of cake,” she said.
She coped with the extreme stress of divorce and channeled the negative energy by working out. She said, “I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever.” How did she manage to lose so much weight? Let’s find out.
“I’ll have my Snapple iced teas from time to time,” she said of her drinks of choice, adding, “But I’m a water drinker.”
