Monday 25th May, 2020,has been set as the national holiday to allow Muslims all over the country to celebrate and mark the end of the holy month of Ramadhan.
Ramadan started on Thursday, 23 April and is expected to end on the eve of 23rd May, Saturday.
As its norm, millions of Muslims all over the world gather on this day to mark the end of Ramadan with feasts.
This year’s festivities has been altered by the coronavirus pandemic, with government regulations for people to keep social distance and avoid crowds.
