The BBI case at the Court of Appeal has Wednesday entered day two.

Court of Appeal president, Justice Daniel Musinga, is leading the seven-judge bench that will hear and determine five appeals filed against the High Court ruling.

On Tuesday, the pro-BBI camp launched an onslaught against the High Court judgement that stopped the process.

Attorney-General Paul Kihara Kariuki told the seven-judge bench that the High Court has no powers to address the question relating to apportioning and delimiting of 70 constituencies proposed in the BBI.
